North Wales-based Commonwealth Mobile Modular (CM2) has received a contract from Baltimore County, Md., to construct two modular buildings at the Eastern Family Resource Center, a county-owned health facility.

The buildings will provide a hall for its homeless shelter and offices and clinical space for a counseling and mental health center. Work is scheduled for the first quarter of 2011. It is Commonwealth Mobile Modular's first project in Maryland.

"This is a great opportunity for us as we move into the New Year," Commonwealth president David Fetzer said in a statement. "It gives us a presence in one of our newest target markets as we continue to expand our geographical reach."

CM2, a division of Commonwealth Building Company, is excited to announce the delivery and installation of the Borough of Lakehurst NJ Police Station. The project, designed by Design Ideas Group of Deal, NJ, provided for the renovation of a former EMT building and a 2,500 square foot modular addition. The new facility will include a new squad room, secure interview rooms, and new public entrance area. In addition to providing the modular addition, Santorini Construction, Neptune NJ (the project GC), has contracted with CM2to complete some of the interior and exterior finishes calling on our unique turnkey solutions.
