CM2 (Commonwealth Mobile Modular), a division of Commonwealth Building Company, Inc. is a leading supplier of mobile and modular buildings serving the Northeast and Mid-Atlantc regions.
Headquartered in Montgomery County, PA and registered in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and New York, CM2 has completed a number of diverse public / private projects of various size and scope, ranging from modest single wide mobile offices to complex multi-unit modular structures.

History
Established in 2005, Commonwealth Building Company, Inc. was founded on the core principals of strong customer service, quality workmanship, and exceptional value.
Commonwealth Building Company, Inc. was originally started to offer home builders an alternative approach to achieving unique and highly customized sales environments and design centers. Initially, our objective centered on providing mobile / modular buildings that afforded builders the opportunity to customize their selling environment to reflect the community being built. Customers quickly recognized that our turnkey and solution-driven approach was not limited to new home sales and design centers and our services evolved into much more.
With over 20 years of experience in commercial space design, planning, and construction, our team has completed a wide range of commercial projects.
In 2009, Commonwealth Building Company, Inc. launched CM2 (Commonwealth Mobile Modular) to meet the everyday challenges of our customer’s temporary and permanent space requirements.
